Return & Exchange Policy

Online purchases made through SOUKE are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date you received all of your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. Both the initial shipping fee and any insurance are not refundable.

Here are the solutions for different situations:

1. For Broken Items:

- If you receive the package and the item is already broken, please Contact Us immediately with the broken product picture for a refund or reshipment for your order.

- Souke is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. Manufacturing errors can and do happen occasionally. Please get in touch with us if you believe there was a manufacturing error with your product. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before being returned. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.

2. For Size Issue:

Before shipping, the Souke team will always send you an email to confirm your size. Customers need to provide accurate measurements for their chest, waist, and hips.

-Souke is willing to pay all associated shipping costs (up to $15) if you have given the correct size information and still receive the incorrect size. Please contact us and we will provide you with an RMA number and return address. If you decide not to keep this order, we will issue a complete refund once we receive the returned item.

- Souke will ship your order if you don't give us your size information within 3 days of placing your order. If the size is not suitable, you can contact Souke for an exchange. Souke will give you an RMA and a return address, but we will not be responsible for shipping costs. If you decide not to keep the item, we will issue you a partial refund (minus the initial shipping charge).

3. For Other Personal Issue:

- When the product hasn't shipped and you request a refund, we'll issue you a full refund.

- If the item has already shipped, you can contact us for an RMA number and a return address. You can ship the item back once you've received it. Souke will not afford the shipping fee, and we will give you a partial refund excluding the first-time shipping cost once the item is received safely and sound.

- If you are uncertain about your purchase on receipt of your product, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.

Additional Information:

1. Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from If you have purchased from a Souke Clubhouse or a Souke retail partner, then they must also arrange your return or exchange.

2. All gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Alternatively, a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will only show up in the order history of the original purchaser.
