SHIPPING & EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All the item clients purchased will be handling within 1~3 business days, and usually tracking number will be offered within 4 business days. We have two lines of products, the regular one and the higher level one, and we have warehouses in North America, European, and China. We will ship to you according to the inventory and your address by USPS, FeDex, DHL, etc.
For standard line which we have stock in warehouse
- Clients who lives in U.S.A, CA, U.K., EU warehouse who ordered these lines of products, usually products will be shipped to you within 3 ~5 business days by local carrier such as USPS, Amazon local express, etc. Shipping cost based on the item weight.
- Clients who lives in other countries, we will also use fast shipping, while fast shipping takes 5~7 business days (shipment by FeDex, DHL, UPS, or other express company).
- Free shipping over 159USD, free shipping will be standard shipping.
For products which only stock in China
Our pro line products are all stocked in China and will ship from China. We will use fast shipping which takes 5~7 business days (shipment by FeDex, DHL, UPS, or other express company). Shipping cost based on item weight, and free shipping over 159USD. Free shipping will be standard shipping. If you have special demand on which carrier to use, please email us before we ship the item (email@example.com).
If clients wants to change order info like change item or shipping address, he must email or inform us within 24 hours, otherwise once the item is shipped, the order cannot be changed and all the related fees will be covered by clients.
All the item which stock in US, Canada, and Australia contains the tax, and clients don't need to pay it. While for UK, EU clients, needs to pay 19~22% VAT tax at checkout.
For the items that ship from China, clients need to handle the custom clearance and pay the import tax according to their own country law. If clients refuse the handle the custom and cause the item returning back or been destroyed by the custom, Souke Sports won't be responsible for the loss or return any item fees. All the related fees will be covered by the clients.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange.
To process the return, refund or exchange, the item must be in saleable condition:
- All the item must be unworn or unwashed,
- The stickers attached on the item must not be removed
- The item must be in original package.
- The return package should be pack well in order to avoid damage during trasit.
For Broken Items: if you receive the package and the item is already broken, contact us immediately with broken product picture for refund or reshipment for your order.
For Size Issue:
Souke Team will always send size confirmation email before shipment to confirm the right size for you, and clients needs to provide the detailed chest, waist and hip size.
- If you already provided right size info, but still received unproper size, contact Souke, we will provide you an RMA number and return shipping address, Souke will cover all the related shipping cost up to 15USD. If you decide not keep this order, we will give you a full refund once we got the returned items.
- If you don't provide the size info for 3 days after your order, we will ship as per your order. If you found the size not right, you can contact Souke for an exchange, Souke will provide you the RMA and return shipping address, but the return shipping cost will be on clients' side. If you decide not to keep the item, we will give you a partial refund excluded the first time shipping cost.
For Other Personal Issue:
- If the item still not shipped, contact us, we will give you a full refund.
- If the item already shipped, you can contact us for RMA number and also return address, once you got the item, you can ship it back. Return shipping cost will be covered by clients, and we will give you a partial refund excluded the first time shipping cost once the item was received safe and sound.
Returns are only accepted online for products purchased directly from Souke-sports.com. If you have purchased from a Souke Clubhouse or a Souke retail partner then they must also arrange your return or exchange.
If on receipt of your product you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Alternatively, a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will only show on the order history of the original purchaser.
All gift cards are non-refundable.
Souke is committed to product excellence, and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
